Savia Group has completed the implementation and start-up of a new solution for the automatic palletizing and wrapping of a packaging line, at the exit of a Wraparound case packer, adapting to the requirements of cadence, formats and available space in the facilities of our client.
With the personalized design of our “Gripper” and the use of a single 4-axis palletizing robot, we manage to carry out the tasks of placing pallets in a line and rows of boxes according to mosaic, adapting to the three pallet sizes available and to all its palletizing mosaics.
The installation includes a specific pedestal, through which the boxes circulate internally, box detours and turns, personalized collection conveyor, centering of the stack of input pallets, electrical panel, enclosure and safety barriers in accordance with CE regulations.
