The prestigious Zanini firm, which supplies sets for different automotive OEMs, has awarded Savia the design, construction and start-up of a cell to assemble sets of anagrams for hub covers on car wheels.
This assembly cell, which has a very high cadence rate, has been contracted to Savia as a “turnkey” concept.
To achieve the desired cadence, handling and transport elements governed by linear motors, servo equipment and control systems with positioning, using artificial vision, had to be used.
The cell will be assembled and put into operation by Savia technicians at Installations that Zanini has in the United States.
