Savia has developed and manufactured a 100% automatic machine using linear and vertical transfer systems for the assembly of mobile components in Siemens household switches.
The cadence of the machine is 1,200 pieces per hour.
Our Automation department has worked with very limited dimensions due to the small space, as well as the difficulty of automatically feeding cylindrical and conical springs.
