Chupa Chups, a company of the Perfetti Van Melle Group, has trusted us to create, build and launch the Chupa Chups Candy Bag Packaging line.
This line has been designed to meet production needs with a cadence of 85 bags/minutes and with the versatility of four display case formats.
To achieve these objectives, the line has a system for feeding, forming and gluing cases that are easy to adjust and with a dynamic system for handling and packing the bags by means of 3 synchronized robots.
With standard machinery or customized systems, the #Automatización industrial division of the Savia Group designs and builds all types of machinery, in the areas of handling, packaging, palletizing or depalletizing, offering, through our after-sales service, the maintenance and supply of spare parts.
