Amcor Flexibles has awarded Savia the energy audit project for the Australian multinational's factory in Alzira (Valencia).
On February 14, RD 56/2016 came into force, requiring companies that meet any of the following three requirements to undergo an energy audit every 4 years that covers at least 85% of total final energy consumption.
The deadline for carrying out the audit is November-2016. These requirements are:
- Have more than 250 workers.
- Have a turnover of more than 50 million €.
- That they have a balance sheet that exceeds 43 million €.
