Savia has been selected by the Silken Concordia Hotel in Barcelona (Silken Hotels) as the engineer responsible for the calculation, design, execution and implementation of all of the air conditioning installations of the hotel.
The installation with centralized control consists of a VRV type air conditioning system with heat recovery from Daikin that incorporates Inverter® technology. It highlights, among other advantages, the extraordinary energy reduction of the system, which can reach 30% of consumption.
The investment, which has been fully carried out by the Silken Concordia Hotel, is part of its strategic project to remodel the installations of the hotel so that they are more efficient and environmentally friendly.
