Grupo Savia has reached an agreement with the partners of the company Energea Energy Efficiency Engineering S.L. to incorporate their activities into the Group.
This is an operation whose main objective is the expansion of the Group in Energea's “core business” energy activities: design, construction, operation and maintenance of photovoltaic solar plants, vehicle energy charging points, engineering, energy consulting and auditing, energy contracting, monitoring and SCADA, etc.
The Group's commitment is to keep 100% of the jobs and to grow together in all our areas of activity. With this integration, the Savia Group will consist of more than 400 people with a turnover of more than 32 million Euros.
We are all very happy and excited to join our paths. Savia and Energea are old acquaintances and we have been collaborating for many years on a multitude of projects.
