At Grupo Savia we have just delivered a new installation for end of line automation to the end of line, to the end customer, which, like all our projects, has been carried out under the “turnkey” modality.

This is a double robotic palletizer that covers all the needs required by our Customer, even exceeding the capacity and speed features initially requested:

• Replacing your equipment in operation, increasing productive capacity
• Compliance with current CE safety standards
• Improving the palletizing, packaging and labeling finishes of your product
• Passage of any of the formats through the production lines.

For our team of engineers, with extensive experience in industrial automation, it has been a challenge to define the most efficient technical solution and put it into operation in such a short period of time.

We have worked very closely with our client, agreeing on a customized layout and a mechanical/electrical design, which has been perfectly integrated into the production facilities and the physical space available on the floor.

It has been possible to exceed the requested production rate and the ideal traceability of pallets on the move. This end of the line encompasses our own robotic palletizing pre-layer preparation systems with full-plant grippers, dispensing pallets and separator cartons, with the integration of market peripherals such as pallet wrappers and labeling machines.
