The logistics operator Picking Farma, a company of the Bomi Group, awards Savia the design, calculation, execution and implementation of a ventilation and air conditioning system for its industrial process warehouse at its new location in San Fernando de Henares (Madrid).
The surface to be ventilated and heated is 24.899 m2. As it is a logistics warehouse for pharmaceutical products, the temperature ranges have to be between 15 and 25 ºC.
Energy efficiency measures will be carried out to minimize the costs of Picking Farma and, in compliance with RD 486/97, air renovations of 2m3/hour/m2.
