Within the Assembly & Packaging division of Grupo Savia, we have carried out an innovative project for a prominent company in the automotive sector that is a leader in the manufacture of components for electric vehicles.
In this project, we have designed and developed an assembly line for the production of electronic filters, a crucial component in today's automotive industry.
Thanks to the experience and meticulous approach of the Grupo Savia team, we carried out an exhaustive process engineering study. This study allowed us to identify areas for improvement and design a customized solution that would offer our Client a series of significant advantages over their previous production model.
The advantages obtained by our customer thanks to the implementation of the new assembly line have been these, among others:
- An increase of more than 300% in productive capacity: The implementation of advanced technologies and the optimization of workflows that have allowed our Customer to significantly increase their production capacity.
- Quality assurance and traceability: We have ensured the quality of the assembled product by implementing quality controls at every stage of the process. This has led to a significant reduction in rejection rates and to the guarantee of the traceability of the final product.
- Optimization of space and logistics processes: Our solution has made it possible to recover 18% of the surface area destined for the production and storage of materials, thanks to the rationalization of the process of their inflow and outflow.
